We are pleased to offer exchanges or refunds for your purchase if you are not completely satisfied, provided it is a stock item and not a custom-made order.
Please note that refunds are not available for 'CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDERS.' Our unique designs are individually handcrafted on special order and cannot be held in stock. However, we will do our utmost to assist you in any way possible.
If you are unsure about your size or any other details, it's always advisable to contact us before placing your order. Let us help you with sizing and other considerations before you finalize your purchase. It's best for everyone to get the order absolutely perfect the first time around.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including both outbound and return shipping, as well as any applicable import duties. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment; however, outbound shipping costs will be excluded. Please note that postal charges are non-recoverable, and a restocking fee of 10% of the product price applies.
Outbound shipping costs are based on the exact amount billed to us by the shipping company. For example, the typical starting cost of DHL shipping to the USA is $40 for lighter items, though this may vary depending on the weight and destination.
Any returned items must be arranged via email, and we will provide comprehensive instructions in our response email.
The return window is 7 days from receipt and the refund processing time is 14 days
Please ensure that the jewelry is unused and in perfect condition when returned, and package it securely. Items that are lost or damaged in transit will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we recommend using a signed-for and insured postage option when returning items.
In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, we will refund or replace it (subject to availability). Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your order. Rest assured that you are insured and fully protected if your order does not reach you. Import duties or fees imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility, as we have no control over them. Please note that used or worn items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Shipping Information:
Most items are custom-made to order, so please allow approximately 5-7 weeks for delivery to your door. Our designs are individually handcrafted, ensuring uniqueness and attention to detail.
While there is a good possibility that your order may be ready earlier than expected, consider it a bonus if that happens.
In the unlikely event of non-receipt by the times listed above, please allow at least an additional couple of working days before informing us. We can then initiate a trace to locate your order.
