Estimated Arrival Time
Please allow approximately 21 days for delivery via standard registered post or around 7 days if shipped via DHL. These timeframes begin from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.
We generally recommend allowing 5–7 weeks from the date of placing your order, as each piece is individually handcrafted to order—nothing mass-produced here!
While there’s a good chance your order may be completed earlier than expected, please consider any early completion a bonus. We’ll keep you updated on any progress.
If your order is for a gift with a deadline, we may be able to fast-track it upon special request, assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to inquire.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers may be sent to you in a separate email within 3–5 days.
Possible Reasons for Delays
While most items arrive on time, occasional delays may occur for the following reasons:
1. Attempted Delivery:
If delivery is attempted while no one is home, the package will likely be returned to the local sorting office, as a signature is required.
• Always check with your local post office as soon as possible if you think this may be the case to arrange redelivery.
• This is crucial because uncollected packages are returned to the sender after a set number of days. The return process is lengthy and expensive.
2. Customs Processing
On occasions, your package may be held for review by customs in your country. Some locations also charge duties or import taxes before releasing an order. These rules are set locally and are outside SilverWow’s control.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs or tax authority if you’re unsure what may apply.
Delays may also result from customs processing in the destination country.
Postal Services Used
We typically use DHL or the local postal service for deliveries. Once the package reaches your country, it is handed over to the local postal system:
• USA: USPS
• Canada: Canada Post
• UK: Royal Mail
